Easygage Multi Control

Automec's Multi-job Easygage Control is designed for users that are interested in job storage and other enhanced features. Tjhe programmable control can be set for a single dimension or a sereis of moves depending on the application.

Job Storage

The control can store up to 300 different jobs with 10 different positions per job. Positions can be programmed in fractions, decimals or millimeters. The incremental mode supports uo to 999 increments of the sane dimension to be programmed at each step which significantly reduces programming time. Up to 11 digit part numbers can be assigned to any job.

Enhanced Features

The control supports an RS232 port that can be directly interfaced to an optional bar code scanner. This allows the user to input positions from preprinted bar code labels thus helping to eliminate programming errors.

The RS232 port can also be used to interface the control to a PC enabling the user to store and retrieve jobs from the PC using a program supplied by Automec.

The control can also be remotely controlled by a PC running optimization software which totally eliminates the need to program the control - positions and commands are sent from the PC to the control via the RS232 interface.
