Upgrades
If you have a G24, CNC99 or CNC1000 with a mechanical structure that is still in good working condition you can upgrade your control to a CNC9x9, CNC150, CNC300, CNC4000 or PC800. Upgrades come with a 1-year warranty. We will need to know the serial number of your backgauge so we can configure the control correctly. Cables, mounting hardware, manual and ram switch provided. Please see brochures for control specifications. Additional upgrade options available – please consult factory.
In this difficult economy you might actually save money over repairing your existing system and the new control will last you another 10-20-years!! Most upgrades are considered plug and play, no need to spend more for installation.

Upgrade your existing squaregage control to the Squaregage Plus control. New features include:
- Job storage with up to 11 digit job number
- Jobs can be linked together for larger programs
- All three drives can be programmed independently for angle cutting
- All electronics housed in one compact unit
- Dimensions can be programmed in absolute or incremental for repeating dimensions or patterns
- Parts counter
- RS 232 software included – a bi-directional 2-way communication system for uploading and downloading
