Automec expands its Engineering department with its latest addition, Jack Manning. Automec recently acquired Jack to add his talent to the team as an Electromechanical Engineer. Originally from South Portland, Maine, Jack holds a 5-year undergraduate degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Electromechanical Engineering. His engineering experience covers a wide range of talent from past jobs including Software Engineering Intern co-op work at local software company, PTC. Jack plans to work with the Engineering Team (2nd from the left) on the latest CNC 600 control. One of Jack’s skills includes using C++ code which is also used in the CNC 600 control software. His first 3 month goals include working alongside Semi-retired Engineer, Rick Hersey, and the rest of the team. Jack adds, “I am excited to get the CNC 600 rolling out to clients in this industry. With my skill set and experience, I hope to add lots of talent to the Automec Team to help lead the company through the next 50 years.” Automec is excited to have Jack aboard!
